CSCC Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

Returns

Textbook Refund Policy:

For the Fall and Spring semesters, students can receive a full refund on textbooks during the first seven (7) days of the term. If a student drops a course, a full refund will be provided during the first thirty (30) days with a proof of schedule change (i.e. drop slip, old schedule with new schedule).

For the Summer semesters, students can receive a full refund on textbooks during the first seven (7) days of the term.

If the last day for refunds falls on a holiday, the last day for refunds will be the next business day.

All textbooks must be in the original condition. Wrapped packages returned unwrapped may receive the used price. Any items containing access codes are not returnable once opened.

Students are responsible for verifying the correct book(s) are purchased. Purchase of the incorrect item does not extend the return deadline. Please check your syllabus or check with your instructor.

All Other Merchandise Refund Policy:

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged up to thirty (30) days after purchase.

Refunds will be given in the same manner the purchase was made (credit, cash, check). Checks must have ten (10) days to clear the bank before a cash refund will be given.

ALL REFUNDS REQUIRE A RECEIPT.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable once incurred

Refund Deadlines for the Spring Semester:

Tuesday, January 22

*Refunds will be given for dropped classes until Thursday, February 14.
*You must have a receipt and a drop slip.*
